Graveyard Art in Garrison NY: The Strife Is Over

Given the season, the focus this month is on graveyards and their art. A monument to Hamilton Fish at St. Philip’s Church in the Highlands in Garrison, N.Y. declares the strife to be over, although the women depicted in its statues still appear to be experiencing some anguish.
